Analia (Ana) joined the team at Croydon Park Dental Centre in December 2020. As an organised and efficient Dental Practice Manager, Analia comes to the practice with 24 years experience. She enjoys educating and empowering everyone on improving and maintaining their own oral health. Having an extensive background in dental knowledge reflects on her strong work ethic, attitude and eagerness to provide only the best available quality and service to patients. Analia brings a positive mind set, an easy going nature that compliments the practice perfectly.

Her passion for perfection and high expectations is a quality that allows her to go the extra mile for patients to ensure that their experience with us is enjoyable. Analia has an excellent outgoing personality and a warm, pleasant demeanour. When dealing with any matters in the practice, she treats everyone with kindness, respect and equality and makes every patient and staff member feel comfortable with her friendly, bubbly and fun nature. On a personal level, Analia is dedicated to providing a flexible and family focused service where everyone feels welcome, cared for, safe and happy, focusing on providing quality dental treatments and advice to all patients.

Analia has completed her Practice Management, a Certificate in Dental Assisting, First Aid and Medical Emergencies certification along with a Diploma of Welfare and was awarded Employee Excellence from the Local Business Achiever Awards for her dedication to her patients and work.

Outside work Analia enjoys spending time with her family and friends, participating in sport or just enjoying a lunch out! She loves any type of craft from ceramics, paper and sewing as well as being a green thumb and when the opportunity arises, enjoys the patience of fishing.
